It is estimated that between 6% and 8% of the global office market is now taken up with coWorking space

picture2According to an article in the Financial Times’ in August 2015 which references a detailed study on the “coworking revolution” by property consultants DTZ,

“coworking spaces that allow self employed and smaller businesses to share equipment and knowledge, the company (DTZ) estimated. Between 6% and 8% of globals office space is now used in this way”

Not only are entrepreneurs making use of coworking space but larger organisations are also taking advantage of the flexibility coworking space provides along with the cost benefits.
