Our latest site is situated 1.5 miles West of Chester city centre on Minerva Avenue and is accessed from Sealand Road via Sovereign Way.

Sealand Road is the main out of town retail area for the city and home to a number of car dealerships including VW, Nissan and Volvo.  It also provides access to a range of of retail and leisure facilities including John Lewis, Asda, Tesco and all of those at the Chester Business Park and Greyhound Retail Park.

Minerva Avenue is at the heart of the Cheshire West employment area and home to a range of office/industrial occupiers servicing the city and further afield.
